The bar shall be manufactured from one piece of steel. Cutting ends of the bars may be rounded off and finished ground. Overall good finish without any imperfections like cracks, burrs, pits, scales etc. and such other physical defects. |
| Strength setting | When set up in a leveraging position to remove a fixed bolt it is not possible to deform the bar with human strength. |
